The sunny and cool village overlooks the mountain group Campo dei Fiori, that gives the name to the Regional Park. It is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, though in a few minute drive it is possible to reach interesting touristic and cultural resorts like Lake Maggiore from Luino to Laveno or Villa Porta Bozzolo at Casalzuigno or Villa Panza in Varese. From the village a lot of trekking pathways start and go through century-old oak, chestnut and hazelnut woods full of cyclamens and fern.
